Who am I?  hmmmm....

Good question, still trying to figure that out (haha)

But I guess if I have to say...

38 yrs old (as of July),

a former stage hand for the Grateful Dead and Woodstock94 management staff.

I grew up around wrenches and classics of all kinds.  My dad started our business 32 years ago.

For the past 10+ years I have worked with my father Monday thru Friday doing general repairs and classic ground up restorations.

I have owned a herkimer crystal mineral claim in New York state since 1991.  And since 2001 I run an online rockhound and rock collecting group on msn.  I haven't done nearly as much digging since discovering van events in 2000!  Maybe someday I'll even have a small van run at the crystal mine just so I can visit again...

I have owned several vans, mostly Early Chevy's but I had a brief adventure in Dodge land for a while

I am now building a 65 Chevy Chopped 4.75 inches with a Toyota drivetrain !

I have been a regular burnout sight at Keystone Madness in PA.  Most recently in the

"Temp Red Rat Van" that featured a flexiglass skylight,and plywood rear windows,

which won special awards such as "best under deconstruction" and "best beater"

In my early Chevy's I have won many a trophy by "default",

not my fault there were no others in the show! Where are you guys sometimes?!
